- Delays: TrangoTransportation is not liable for delays caused by weather, road conditions, accidents, or other factors beyond our control.
- Insurance: We provide basic insurance coverage for your vehicle while in transit.
5. Vehicle Condition and Liability
- Vehicle Condition: You must ensure that your vehicle is in a roadworthy condition and prepared for Transportation. If the vehicle is non-running or damaged, please inform us in advance to make the necessary arrangements.
- Liability: TrangoTransportation is not responsible for any pre-existing damage or loss to the vehicle that occurs prior to or after Transportation. Our liability is limited to damage caused during the actual Transportation process as outlined in the insurance terms.
6. Services Provided
- Trango Transport is a transportation brokerage company that connects customers with qualified carriers for vehicle transport. We do not directly transport vehicles; rather, we hire professional drivers and carriers to handle the transport on behalf of our customers. Our role is to coordinate, facilitate, and ensure that your vehicle is transported securely and efficiently by a trusted carrier.
7. Customer Responsibilities
- Accurate Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about your vehicle and delivery details. Failure to do so may result in delays or additional charges.
- Authorized Access: You are responsible for ensuring that your vehicle is accessible for pickup and delivery and that all required documentation (e.g., title, registration) is provided.
- Port Delivery: If your vehicle is being delivered to a port, you must ensure that it complies with the port’s regulations and that you have the necessary documentation for the delivery.
8. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our website or services for:
- Any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious activity
- Violating any applicable laws, regulations, or port rules
- Transmitting harmful, defamatory, or obscene content
